Jellybooks is not a book shop, but a place to discover the next book to read.

Jellybooks is like a candy store, where you can sample everything for free, except all the treats are ebooks, that you can download, and you can share them online with friends, too.

The origin of the name Jellybooks comes from a kind of candy, called jelly babies here in Britain. The closest American equivalent would be gummi bears (confusing given that they are made of jelly, not gummi). These are fun and colourful treats that are meant to be shared with friends, but most people just eat them without sharing (very, very naughty, we know). At Jellybooks, the treats are ebooks and we hope to provide a fun and colourful way for you to discover new reading treats with the occasional sweet reward for sharing with friends the books you discover.

Our mission is to help you explore books and discover those hidden gems beyond the best seller and most popular lists. We bring a little bit of serendipity to book discovery

We love great design and we believe in simplicity. We have tried to make Jellybooks the simplest and most beautiful experience possible. Discovering a book should be fun and entertaining, but do let us know if we can make it even better. Rome wasn’t built in a day.

To avoid spoiling the beauty and simplicity of your book discovery experience, there is no advertising on Jellybooks. There is none whatsoever, zilch, zero, nada and it will stay that way. However, we do count on you to spread the word about Jellybooks. That would be our greatest reward.
